About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Retail Team at ECCO USA, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide World Class shopping experiences for guests by educating them on product features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, with a focus on minimizing variances and maintaining loss prevention awareness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to ECCO's high standards of housekeeping.
  • Assist management with various non-selling tasks, such as shipment processing, stock counts, and product displays.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for ECCO, embodying the company's values of passion, innovation, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Superior organization and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $17.75, based on relevant skills and experience.
