About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at the American Red Cross. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient collection of blood donations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with every step of the blood collection process at our fixed site locations.
  • Utilize your healthcare and/or customer service skills to provide exceptional donor care.
  • Participate in paid phlebotomy training to develop your skills and advance your career.

Requirements:

  • Experience in drawing blood (no prior experience required).
  • Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
