Mobile HVAC Technician

Role Summary:
The Mobile HVAC Engineer is responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various facilities. This role ensures optimal performance and longevity of equipment while adhering to safety and energy efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute ongoing preventive maintenance and repair tasks on facility systems and equipment.
2. Oversee the operation and repair of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building repairs.
3. Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
4. Respond promptly to emergencies and prepare management reports detailing findings and recommendations.
5. Familiarize with building automation and safety systems to ensure proper usage and compliance with safety protocols.
6. Maintain adherence to local regulations and safety standards while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid state driver's license and Universal CFC recovery certification required.
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and overtime as necessary.
- Successful completion of background checks and screenings is mandatory.

Compensation:
Estimated annual compensation ranges from $76,300.00 to $110,600.00.
