Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing personalized recovery plans in collaboration with clients. We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A current Utah license as a CSW/LCSW, ACMHC/CMHC, or AMFT/LMFT in good standing.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including meeting CEU requirements.
  • A valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record, as some agency driving may be required.
  • Availability to work two evenings until 7 PM.
