Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment from clients. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

• Ensure prompt payment from clients by following up on outstanding invoices and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial performance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software programs is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
