Job Summary:

The OTA Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the OTA program, ensuring that they receive a quality education and are provided with every possible learning opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience in teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and mentor students in the OTA program
  • Develop and implement course materials and assessments
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students
  • Participate in program development and evaluation
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and staff
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational therapy and teaching
  • Valid license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oklahoma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students in the OTA program
  • Knowledge of competency-based instructional systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The OTA Adjunct Instructor will work in a classroom and office setting, with occasional travel to off-campus locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
