Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at a single site. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents and employees.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Lead staff training, quality control, and in-servicing to maintain high standards of service
- Coordinate and ensure the satisfactory and timely completion of project and program work
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
- Act as liaison between building occupants or administrators and HCSG staff
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years' experience in Environmental Services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision desired
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
- Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers
