As a Production and Packaging Specialist at Altium Packaging, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Your primary responsibility will be to pack materials and finished products efficiently and effectively.
In this entry-level position, you will work closely with our team to load, move material, and operate packaging equipment. You will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety policies.
• Maintains punctuality and adheres to the work schedule.
• Exhibits a teamwork attitude by working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have basic mathematical skills and basic computer experience. A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Additionally, you must complete Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.
