**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Stockroom Specialist to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in Decorah, IA.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customers can find all the items they need. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift heavy objects, and work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and sort products in the backroom
• Stock products on shelves and ensure aisles are neat and clean
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Greet customers and answer their questions
