Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including dusting, mopping, and disinfecting
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Respond to resident and staff requests for cleaning and maintenance services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
