Intramurals Coach

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Intramurals Coach at Harrison Middle School.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating intramural activities for students, promoting a positive and inclusive environment, and fostering a love for physical activity and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement intramural programs for students
• Recruit and manage volunteers to assist with program delivery
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for working with students and promoting physical activity
