Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized patient care in the perioperative setting, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the anesthesia provider.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification for Healthcare Providers within 3 months of hire.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a perioperative setting.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of perioperative nursing experience and PALS certification.
