The Premier Tertiary Care Medical System on the east coast is recruiting a Female Pelvic Medicine Reconstructive Surgery Urogynecologist to join our multidisciplinary team in State College and Lewistown, Pennsylvania. This opportunity is part of our western region's growth strategy, aiming to provide exceptional care to patients in the area. The ideal candidate will be a BC/BE Urogynecologist with experience in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
About the Role: As a Urogynecologist at this esteemed medical system, you will be part of a well-established team that provides comprehensive care to women with complex urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse issues. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including high-functioning robotic programs in both regions. Our colorectal surgery and physical therapy colleagues are integral parts of our multidisciplinary approach, ensuring that patients receive the most effective treatment plans possible. Your expertise will also contribute to the education of medical students and residents, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Clinical Research Opportunities: With an established research department and internal funding available for pilot projects, you will have ample opportunities to engage in clinical research and advance the field of urogynecology. This will not only enhance your professional development but also contribute to the growth of our Women's Health Division, which consists of over 100 healthcare providers, including 4 Urogynecologists.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a highly competitive salary model linked to quality and values versus productivity, along with a forgivable loan incentive. Other benefits include full relocation support, health insurance from day one, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME, and a generous time-off package. To further support your financial planning, we contribute 5% to your 401K plan, along with other retirement options.
Estimated Salary: $350,000 - $450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
