We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwell Health in Franklin Square. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases using physical, chemical, and mechanical means.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their disabilities, injuries, or diseases.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Administer direct patient care in accordance with written prescriptions and/or referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
