Sciolex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Engineer to join our team. As a Cyber Engineer, you will provide SETA support to the NRO's Integrated Systems Program Office (ISPO) with the Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED).
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing Joint Intelligence Community Government project leads with the planning, organizing and management of cyber security implementation on systems related to satellite ground processing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Information Assurance Project Oversight: Provide overall support and oversight of an Information Assurance project/program.
- Integration and Implementation: Integrate, develop, coordinate and implement Information Assurance initiatives in accordance with DoD NIST and Intelligence Community ICD503 processes.
- Assessment and Authorization: Work with Directorates and Offices to prepare and provide Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages for ATO.
- Government Liaison: Interface with multiple government agencies in the areas of Information Assurance and act as a liaison between government program offices (Directorates and Offices) and stakeholders in support of security and situational awareness.
- Team Collaboration: Foster an environment of open communication among the team to raise issues and impediments often and early to improve transparency.
- Business and Systems Analysis: Provide business and systems analysis support for the project, collaborate with customers and teammates to identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processes.
- Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and facilitation skills to effectively lead discussions across multiple groups.
- At least one of the following Certifications: CASP, CCNP, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CCSP, CISSP.
- Working knowledge of AGILE Scrum and SAFe software development methods.
- Working knowledge of IC principles, procedures.
- The ability to work proactively, independently, and/or as a member of a highly effective technical team while developing approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various SE, PM tools.
- **May require overnight travel up to 3 percent of the work year**.
