Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the Milwaukee area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our medical device manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities include supporting regulatory inspections, leading process improvements, reviewing BOM changes, and generating protocols for test method validations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in metal working or machining.
- Project Management and Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Good knowledge of statistical tools and the appropriate use of Design of Experiments (DOE) when developing recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2015, 21 CFR, and cGMPs.
We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. Additionally, we provide:
