Medical Scribe/Transcription Specialist

POSITION TITLE: FULL TIME MEDICAL SCRIBE
Otolaryngology Associates, P.C. is seeking a qualified individual to provide services as a Medical Scribe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with various aspects of EMR documentation.
- Enhance the ability of the physician to efficiently process paperwork associated with the office visit and any needed follow-up.
- Work closely with the physician and clinical staff to ensure accurate medical information is recorded.
- Document written, typed, and/or computer medical information into the electronic medical record system.
- Transcribe the spoken word into words, symbols, and terms that reflect the medical assessment of the clinical practitioners.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience in a public contact job, preferably in ENT healthcare sector.
