Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Senior Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in Wiggins, CO. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with farmers, ranchers, and producers to promote the use of crop protection products, fertilizers, and seeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to assist in supply chain management and strategy development.
  • Forecast supply requirements and manage profit and loss for assigned territories.
  • Increase sales and margins by prospecting new customers and executing sales programs.
  • Foster positive long-term relationships with suppliers and customers to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage business relationships and grow the CHS enterprise.
  • Apply effective sales strategies to achieve targeted results and provide consulting services to build on core selling skills.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of sales, business development, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agronomy sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field.
  • Outside sales experience with a strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
