Qualifications: Ideal candidates for the Certified Nursing Assistant position should possess:

  • Current Georgia CNA Certification
  • Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments, though we are willing to train newly certified CNAs
  • Experience in a Person-Directed Care community is a plus
  • Memory Care experience is advantageous
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred
  • A genuine passion for working with the elderly
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with fellow care partners
  • Strong documentation skills, particularly with electronic charting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
