Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client escalations and related issues
  • Perform various production and support functions
  • Accurately enter data and assemble documents
  • Monitor and review documentation against requirements
  • Leverage reporting to perform job functions
  • Perform work across multiple workstreams and systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address issues in production proactively and handle complex client escalations
  • Prioritize and organize work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
  • Monitor and review documentation requirements
  • Resolve peer or customer escalations and inquiries
  • Execute on policies and procedures in connection with firm policies and guidelines regarding document management

Requirements:

  • 1+ years relatable experience
  • Ability to process transactions based on documented procedures
  • Basic Banking Operations experience
  • Team player with ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office
