Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, answering questions about products and services, and recommending complementary Ulta Beauty products and/or services.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team.
