About the Role

We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Conduct Focused Interviews: Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Monitor Patient Condition: Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Perform Other LPN Duties: Perform other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Current LPN License: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.
  • Health Certificate: Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • BLS Card: Current BLS card.
  • LPN Experience: One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
