About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team at HealthEdge. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with HealthEdge's goals and market needs.
  • Product Development and Management: Act as an expert product subject matter expert (SME), ensuring successful development and delivery of products.
  • User Experience: Build a UI design function within the product organization, managing current UI design analysts and expanding impact through centralizing UI design across product management for uniformity in workflow and exceptional end-user experience.
  • Value-Driven Feature Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and deliver features that provide substantial value to customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and internal functions to validate business requirements and prioritize work.
  • Commercialization Support: Assist in commercializing and enabling features developed by your team, segmenting customer needs to inform future market and product positioning.
Requirements
  • 7 or more years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • 4 or more years of leadership experience.
  • Confidence in product management fundamentals, including working in an agile environment, building SaaS products, managing a backlog, writing and prioritizing features, conducting user research and client discovery.
  • Deep understanding of market needs, with strong analytical abilities and collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective team player with the ability to bring a team together to solve difficult problems, navigating barriers while considering stakeholder opinions and feedback.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to break down complex technical problems into smaller, achievable steps for engineering.
