Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure patient progress and achievement of goals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech Language Pathology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
