About the Role

Universal Maintenance is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to manage our maintenance operations in the Sacramento region. This is a full-time position that requires a hard-working individual who can work effectively in different scenarios.

You will be responsible for scheduling work orders with other team members, working closely with the Regional Account Manager, and performing various maintenance tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the janitorial/maintenance industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year.
