Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Detective to join our Asset Protection team at Marshalls. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established shoplifter guidelines and policies to ensure a secure shopping environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity within the organization, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Observe, apprehend, and/or deter any acts of dishonesty from outside sources, taking proactive measures to prevent and investigate incidents.
