Job Description

We are actively seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  2. Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
  3. Participation in the care planning process
  4. Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
  5. Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Qualifications:

  1. Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
  2. Licensed (if required by State)
  3. 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred
  4. Demonstrate ability to meet our core values (Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others)
