- Model our Service Training Program, greeting customers promptly and courteously, and addressing their questions and concerns accurately.
- Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
- Contribute to a team environment, cooperating to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
- Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
- Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
