We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at OTC Services, Inc. in Northern Ohio.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality policies and procedures
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve defective material issues
  • Managing customer metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the quality assurance and control teams to identify and implement process improvements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in a quality role. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
