The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and participating in nursing education and telemetry monitoring. A strong focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients in the Oncology unit
  • Maintain certifications in Chemo and NIHSS
  • Ensure timely and efficient patient assessment and response to emergency situations
  • Collaborate with licensed practical nurses for care management
  • Implement Trauma Nursing Core Course and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit protocols
  • Participate in Neonatal Resuscitation Program when necessary
  • Contribute to nursing education and telemetry monitoring
  • Work effectively with the interdisciplinary team for care planning and labor & delivery support if necessary

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in oncology nursing
  • BLS and NIHSS certifications
  • Chemo certification
