· Support supervisors in recognizing guests with specific needs to safeguard company assets and deliver optimal guest service.

· Monitor and report any unusual or questionable wagering behaviors or transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.

· Basic mathematical proficiency.

· Adhere to all company, departmental, and regulatory rules and policies.

· Ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and guests.

· Must obtain and maintain a CODOG Gaming Support License.

· Minimum age requirement of 21 years.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

· Previous experience in a sportsbook environment is advantageous.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Requires normal vision capabilities, including the ability to perceive color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.

· Physical ability to climb, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds, as well as walk and stand throughout the shift.

· Manual dexterity necessary for operating job-related equipment.

· Work may occur in conditions that are unusually hot, cold, or noisy.

· Job duties may involve standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping, including maintenance of the assigned area. Regular interaction with team members and guests is expected.
