Bartender - Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lodge at Marconi. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting quality cocktails and serving other beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting and serving cocktails and other beverages
• Ensuring proper drink construction technique and policy adherence
• Engaging with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
• Focusing on performance, productivity, and teamwork during shifts
• Communicating with leadership and teammates when assistance is needed
• Maintaining pour consistency and drink-handling skills
• Performing bar top maintenance and stocking
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Demonstrating accurate product knowledge

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in bartending
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktails
• US work authorization
