About the Role:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Middleton, MA
• Salary: $20-$28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Install garage, basement, and concrete patio coatings using our unique system
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company protocols
• Evaluate and improve installation processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in a trade or hands-on labor
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
