Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery RN to join our team of travel nurses. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care to laboring women and their newborns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
