Clinical Workflow Development Nurse Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Workflow Development Nurse to join our team. This role will work closely with our operations teams, project managers, and central service departments to assist with the launch of new clinical locations across the US and globally. As a key member of our clinical team, you will utilize your deep knowledge of company SOPs and industry standards to develop and train clinical workflows, ensuring consistent high-quality patient care and safety.

The annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train clinical workflows to ensure consistent high-quality patient care and safety.
  • Assist with the establishment and launch of clinical operations for each new early-phase clinical Oncology research location.
  • Monitor clinical processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clinical staff, serving as a clinical resource.
  • Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational readiness and adherence to project timelines.
