Marucci Sports, LLC Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to represent Marucci Sports, LLC at various events. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with tournament directors, selling and marketing our brand, and collaborating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with tournament directors to determine site setup and product distribution.
• Travel to events to promote and sell Marucci Sports, LLC products.
• Communicate with internal departments, such as accounting and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.
• Report to the Director on all activities and provide cost analysis for trip budgeting.
• Collaborate with team members to develop engagement initiatives with directors and players.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of baseball/softball equipment, including Marucci and competitor products.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products, including Excel, Word, Sheets, and Docs.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Able to travel 100+ days per year.

Working Conditions:

• Work at least 2 weekends per month.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, and drive/ride up to 8 hours per day occasionally.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
