Physiotherapist Practitioner

Lifepoint Health is a leading provider of healthcare services in rural communities across the United States. Our team at Dominican Hospital is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and help them recover from injuries or illnesses. As a Physical Therapist with Lifepoint Health, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Work with nursing staff and patient families to implement follow-through programs
• Document patient care according to regulatory requirements
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered

The estimated hourly salary for this position is between $52-$64 per hour. Certain circumstances may result in payment outside of this range.
