We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Goodwill Northern New England.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $17.20 per hour, plus an additional $4.41 per hour for Health and Welfare benefits.

**Job Description**
The Facilities Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing routine custodial duties, including cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Performing routine maintenance on custodial equipment and supplies
- Empting trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Unlocking doors and ensuring they are locked after cleaning areas
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Ability to operate vacuums and other related equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal communications
**Preferred Qualifications**
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
In addition, we welcome applications from individuals with relevant skills and experience in facilities maintenance, cleaning, or a related field.
