Nursing Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Professional to join our team at Bethesda Health. As a patient advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a salary of $80,000 per year, including a $25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift RNs. Our ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, current RN licensure, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Assess and document residents' health status, developing individualized care plans that address their unique needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of care and timely implementation of necessary interventions.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to monitor residents, identify changes in condition, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Maintain professionalism in crisis situations, upholding the highest standards of care and compassion.
- Educational background from an accredited school of nursing resulting in a registered nurse (RN) designation.
- Current RN licensure in the state where employed.
- CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
