Ekilibrium Inc is committed to providing high-quality Behavior Analysis services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, as well as mental health issues. Our team is dedicated to empowering individuals and their families through ongoing support and resources.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Behavior Analysis and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will be responsible for providing Behavior Analysis services, supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and creating functional behavior assessments and service plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Behavior Analysis services for children in their homes or schools.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Assistants (BCaBA).
  • Create functional behavior assessments and service plans.
  • Collect data and train parents/technicians.
  • Follow Medicaid/AHCA standards.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification as BCBA.
  • Medicaid provider number and Professional liability insurance.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout Miami Dade County.
