We are seeking a skilled Data Entry PRD Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration and data entry of employment and training records for Allegiant pilots into the FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD).
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter pilot employment and training information into the PRD database.
- Verify regulatory requirements, licenses, permits, and certifications for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor and track entries to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback and support during implementation and user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
To excel in this position, you should have a combination of education and experience in data entry, recordkeeping, and auditing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and data entry systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are also essential.
