We are seeking a highly skilled Crime Analyst to provide analytical support to the Detectives Division of the Police Department. As a Crime Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand and address crime trends in our community.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of crime data to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and analyze crime data
• Provide analytical support to detectives and other law enforcement personnel
• Assist in the development of crime prevention strategies and programs
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to share best practices and strategies

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as criminology, sociology, or statistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
