We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wicked Staffing Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of all units and common areas within our property.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, installations, and repairs of building mechanical systems and equipment.
- Identify and address hazardous conditions or equipment, and develop and implement standard operating procedures to resolve these concerns.
- Develop and maintain a work order system to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with property management to select, monitor, and inspect vendor work to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare vacant units for incoming residents, and maintain residential living quarters, grounds, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and building code requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of property maintenance experience.
- Experience with inspections, repairs, and installations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation, unexpired driver's license, and clean driving record.
