About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Autumn Ridge. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for implementing speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
  • Implement speech-language services and contribute to case management
  • Develop discharge plans and work collaboratively with the care team
