About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Pinstack - Las Colinas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding equipment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service to guests
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, including preparation methods and pairing recommendations
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and standards for drink quality and presentation

Qualifications:

  • A minimum age requirement of 16 years old (18 years old to serve alcohol with valid alcohol license)
  • Familiarity with most types of liquor, wine, and beer
  • Possession of a valid Food Handler's Certificate or other similar license per local code
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and turning
