Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Drafter to join our team at Geopaq Logic. As a Revit Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using Revit software, collaborating with engineers and architects to develop design plans, and preparing drawings for various types of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Revit software to create detailed 3D models of building structures
  • Collaborate with structural engineers and architects to develop design plans and ensure project execution
  • Prepare drawings for Healthcare, Educational, Commercial, and Senior Living Facilities
  • Assist in the creation of models using software like AutoCAD and Revit
  • Review and modify designs to comply with project requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and revisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an in-house Revit Drafter (Structural)
  • Previous experience working and implementing BIM in a structural engineering firm is preferred
  • Understanding of the basics of construction drawings for building structures
  • Ability to effectively work with colleagues in a small business setting
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with organizational capabilities
  • Complex and proactive problem-solving
  • Proven ability to take initiative, manage competing initiatives, and meet deadlines
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to develop working relationships both internally and externally
  • Personality conducive to working in a collaborative environment
