Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Hilton Mystic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

• This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to assist the team with sales growth and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• You will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability
• Assist the DOS with managing and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and excellent customer service
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management as requested by the DOS

• Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role in the hotel industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum 5 years in Hotel Sales Manager role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
