Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in managing CQC plans and coordinating with subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the CQC plan, ensuring that all quality control matters are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality control standards
Plan and manage CQC activities, including inspections and data management
Conduct weekly QCM meetings to ensure client confidence in QC operations
Perform submittal reviews and complete required documentation
Maintain accurate records of QC activities and data

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of combined experience in a related field, including experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or Project Engineer. A degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with 5 years of construction experience and 2 years of QCM experience, is also acceptable. Additionally, the candidate must have a certificate in Construction Quality Management for Contractors from the USACE and 30 Hour OSHA in construction. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to sit, walk, stand, climb, bend, and lift is necessary for this role.
