As a Fulfillment Outfitter, your primary role will involve processing BOSS orders, which includes sorting, packing, and dispatching products to customers and retail outlets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute various tasks in the backroom, including receiving, inspecting, fulfilling orders, and packaging items for shipment.
  • Sort and prepare merchandise for delivery, affix labels, and ensure quality control.
  • Complete customer orders by accurately matching products and placing them in appropriate containers.
  • Transport goods between warehouse areas using manual or mechanical means.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor during operational hours.
  • Report any issues that may impact job performance.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in processing orders within the BOSS system.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Capable of reading label descriptions and managing stock.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and operate necessary equipment.
  • Engage in various physical activities throughout the shift.
