Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Specialist to execute specialized cleaning techniques across various flooring types. This includes, but is not limited to, carpet, VCT (strip and wax), LVT, tile and grout, wood burnishing, laminate, and upholstery.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of flooring in commercial spaces and residential condos.
  • Utilize a range of cleaning methods to ensure high standards of cleanliness and care.
  • Work primarily during night shifts, typically from 4 PM to midnight.
Requirements

Candidates should be capable of lifting and maneuvering cleaning equipment weighing up to approximately 75 lbs. Attention to detail is crucial due to the nature of our work environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for those interested in advancing to a lead technician role.

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience. Initial positions will start as assistants, with the potential for growth into lead technician roles upon successful training and competency.
